This is /terrible./ I love the colors, I like the idea, I don't like the execution.
Anyway, I decided I'd pick a couple of themes out of the 100 themes list and polish them up in the style I chose to explore in my AP art portfolio.
This seems like a good place to start. Exploration of color, a little bit (lot) contortionist, needs some work with the anatomy of back muscles. Those are things I plan to resolve with the next one.
This will be an experimentation in finding, testing, and pushing my boundaries.
Terrible? WHAT? I find this piece quite amazing! The coloring is intense and the character position is both complex and relaxing. It's almost as if she's floating or hanging off the railing of a peer. Where did I get that? Don't ask. Even I don't know. Anyway, very well done!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

Well, thankies! I'm rather fond of the coloring myself! I think I'll have to continue to experiment with that.
